New Development Proposed at 30th and Centennial

We recently received an announcement from the city for a new development project at property located southwest of 30th Street & Centennial Blvd. The owner of this project sent us the attached pictures.

Although there wasn't a sign on the property as of yesterday, a public neighborhood meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 1 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at Fire Station #18. The facility will be a 55,600 square foot indoor sports and recreation facility which will be used by players of various turf sports including soccer, baseball, lacrosse, football and field hockey.
